It was a Busy Saturday — It has been a while since I’ve had my day planned ahead of time!

 

1st Stop: Jonal Chong Hair Salon @ Orchard Central

It has been 4 months since I last colored my hair and its time for it again! Received the following brochure and found the price really attractive! Hence, I dragged Katek along and yep I succeeded, she’s going for rebonding! Made an appointment at 5PM for both Katek and myself but I didnt reach until 6PM. =X

 

We spent a total of 4hours at the salon as they were shorthanded – Only a few stylists but there were many customers. I guess their promotional prices were simply too attractive! Rebonding + haircut for long hair only at $88. Color + haircut for long hair for only $58. Dirt cheap! I love my new hair color — Copper! =D

For those of you who needs a hairdo, I would recommend that you pay the salon a visit before their promotion ends — 30 Nov 09!

 

2nd Stop: KPO @ Killiney

Where could the alcoholic and drunkard be at this hour except at pubs?

It was my first attempt to KPO, second attempt for Katek though. 

Kinda like the place and drinks were reasonably priced — or should I say its cheap? A bucket of 6 Corona for $40 nett !? 

The only bad thing about this place is that there were no smoking tables and that they close at 1AM *mad*.

Finished our drinks at 12 midnight and we had to leave since they are gonna close at 1. Well, we would have definitely stayed throughout the night if they close at 3AM!

 

3rd Stop: S Club

Back to S Club a.k.a Homeground#2 (Homeground#1 = Auto). Same place, drinks, people and games.

Night ended at 3am as Katek didnt wanna go for a 3rd round @ Zinc.

Bark Cafe 12.09.09

A healthy Saturday night!

It has been a while since i last saw my baby cousins so it was steamboat at aunt’s place together with Dotty & Dan, Katek and Roger. The kids have all grown up and still as cute!

Drank a can of beer over dinner — Katek as well! I mean, how can alcoholics live without alcohol? I would have drank more if i wasn’t driving, damn! Who bought the beer!!!! Roger was the worst - he had 8 cans! Nothing better to do after dinner, lazing around watching tv. And Dotty decided to go home at about 11plus.

What can happen when 3 alcoholics meet?

It was round 2 at Bark Cafe! And guess what… Katek requested that i drive her to tabao half a dozen of beer coz she needs to stock up!

Sadly, it was ONLY a bottle of Asahi for me and Coke for the rest of the night at Bark… grrr…

Anyways, we didnt manage to finish the bucket of beer so we decided to takeaway the balance bottle. The staff at Bark Cafe was so thoughtful to giveaway a free bottle opener as well!

A Wednesday night…

With Nerdy, Janice & Pi….

The plan for the night would be chilling till 10:30pm..

But it never works for the alcoholics, as usual -_-”

First Stop: Autosports

We reached at about 8pm and we finished 4 jugs in 2 hours!!!! All because of a game — they called it “Up down Kwa Sa” — Shall play with katek this evening!

 

Second Stop: Mint Cafe

Picked Janice up from OCBC and off we went to Mint Cafe!

This was my first visit and i really liked the place — its cozy!

And most importantly, they offer 1-for-1 whole night long! Cool!!! They also have an outdoor smoking area and this is really convenient for smokers ! *thumbs up*

 

Final Stop: S Club

It was slightly after 12am when we left Mint. And i suggested another last round at S Club with Pi. And he agreed!!! Haha, another alcoholic.

Drank till 1 plus and headed home.

It was my first time visiting this place and i told myself i’ll never be back for a second time.

The place is pretty big and nicely decorated but the crowd sux! There were basically too many youngsters and the music sux — not my cup of tea!

Ink Club Bar + New Asia Bar 13.08.09

A Thursday night…

It was pretty boring when we first stepped in. The place was extremely quiet though there were small groups of people scattered round the club.

They have live band there too but i think the band is still not as good as the one at Yellow Jello.

House music sux at the initial stage but it got better later in the night — playing my favourites i.e. Akon, Lady Gaga!

Drinks were reasonably priced — 10 odds for a bottle of beer / house red. Katek had 3 bottles of Asahi and 3 house reds for me!

It was a continuation at New Asia Bar as we had a couple of friends from the States stopping over in Singapore for a night!

A crazy night it was — all thanks to the mixture of Red wine and Vodka!

A crazy night for Katek as well as the Drunkard got drunk as usual :x

Likes the view from New Asia Bar as always — it feels good to be at the top of the world! But i hate the toilet and smoking point as it is so damn far away — had to go 2 levels down!
