Was reading the news on Asiaone.com and i came across the following article:
According to the complaint, the plaintiff was served tea that was “unreasonably hot, in containers which were not safe,” at a Starbucks store at 685 Third Avenue in Manhattan.
Oh c’mon, if the tea was really that “hot”, you would have felt it when you were holding the container — unless you were in super thick gloves? And you’re now blaming them for containers that are unsafe? You must be in your dreamland while feeding yourself with the hot tea!
Don’t you think this is just plain ridiculous? Now I won’t be suprised if someone gets sued in US for servicing Iced Tea that isnt cold enough.
